Slow Studios provides a supportive and safe environment for mums-to-be to exercise throughout their pregnancy. Pilates is an excellent way to maintain fitness, improve posture, and strengthen core muscles. Classes are designed to adapt to different stages of pregnancy, ensuring a comfortable and effective workout. Experienced instructors guide participants through modifications and provide individual attention. Postnatal classes are also available to aid recovery and regain strength after childbirth.
