Pilates at the Mill

Pilates at the Mill offers specialised Pilates classes for expectant mothers. These classes are designed to improve strength, flexibility and posture throughout pregnancy, helping to alleviate common pregnancy discomforts. Experienced instructors guide participants through safe and effective exercises, promoting a healthy and comfortable pregnancy journey. The classes focus on core strengthening, pelvic floor exercises and mindful movement, preparing the body for labour and delivery. Postnatal classes are also available to aid recovery and regain strength after childbirth.
