MummaBorn

MummaBorn provides a range of Pilates classes designed to support women's bodies during pregnancy and the postnatal period. Their classes focus on core strength, posture improvement, and pelvic floor health. They aim to help women feel stronger, more confident, and better prepared for labour and motherhood. Experienced instructors guide participants through safe and effective exercises, modifying movements as needed to accommodate individual needs and stages of pregnancy or recovery.
