Sun Studio Pilates offers specialised classes for expectant mothers. These classes are designed to help maintain strength, improve flexibility, and support good posture throughout pregnancy. Experienced instructors guide participants through safe and effective exercises, promoting a healthy and comfortable pregnancy journey. The classes focus on core strengthening, pelvic floor exercises, and mindful movement to prepare the body for labour and delivery. Postnatal classes are also available to aid recovery and regain strength after childbirth.
