Our experienced instructors modify poses to suit all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy. We focus on building strength, flexibility, and relaxation techniques to prepare your body for labour and delivery. Classes are designed to be supportive and empowering, creating a welcoming environment for expectant mothers. We also offer Pilates and Barre classes which can be adapted for pregnancy, helping to improve posture and core strength.
