Kaia Pilates offers specialised Pilates classes for expectant mothers. Our classes focus on core strengthening, posture improvement, and preparing your body for labour and delivery. We create a supportive and nurturing environment for mums-to-be to exercise safely and effectively during pregnancy. Experienced instructors guide you through modifications and poses suitable for all stages of pregnancy. Postnatal classes are also available to aid recovery and regain strength after childbirth.
